Customers can ask for a refund for online payment within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days no refund request will be entertained.

If the customer hasn’t received his/her order, they can contact us on our helpline (+44 7365 860427) within 24 hours for their online payments/refunds or proceeding.
Payment made via bank card will be refunded on the customer bank account only. No cash refund will be provided for online payments.
Once the refund has been processed it will be reflected back on the customer account within 7-14 working days.
After 7-14 working days you may ask your bank for a refund to be reflected back on your account.
